Can I just say here as a first thing-this idea is not derogotary to any mods, who are doing a great job. It is also not trying to get me in a moderating position. OK done.
Right, I think that this site is looking better after the upgrade and has got a lot of members. I love all the mods on this site (even Amadeus) but I think it might be better if every mod got ONE forum each, and them being the exclusive moderator, instead of 4. (Perhaps in the most popular forums, 2. )Then they would take particular care of the forum, and it would be easier manage, because each moderator would be able to sort out their forum in a way they think it should be run. I think this would make the site look neater too. Supermods could cover for normal mods when they went on hols or something.
Anyway, its probs a crap idea, but meh. Tell me what you think.
